KabirVad



"Kabirvad" is about 15 km away from Bharuch. it is situated in between the River Narmada as a small Island. The place is covered with a single Banyan tree. A beautiful Rever bank with a white sandy beaches and clean water will lure you to take bath in the river.

 

The Myths says that Once The Sant Kabir and his deciple visited this place. In the morning they were having Daatun of banyan tree(Brush with stick of Banyan tree). Sant Kabir sow his banyan stick in the Island. The Banyan stick grew up and turned in to the Huge Banyan tree. Since then the Island came to known as "Kabirvad".



There is small temple of Saint Kabir and his deciple Raam kabir. Every year lots of Sadhus and the people associated with Kabir Panth came here to chant kabir's slocks and kabirvaani. They sings bhajans and prays God. Here they arrange for a big dinner for each and every person who came here.





Lots of birds like parrots, Sparrows,  crow, coo ckoo, mena, stork and Indian National bird Peacock Beautify the place. You will here the language of different birds and Animals. Mostly The Monkeys. You will find lots of moneys here. They are doing their job of entertainment.
      The Navember month is so much suitable to visit this place. One must visit this place for once in a life . I am sure that will be the most remarkable moment for you.

Dev Mogra Temple

     Dev Mogra Temple is one of the most ancient and beautiful place. It is situated near Dediapada in Narmada district,  Gujarat. 
          The temple is situated in the deep jungle of Shulpaneshwar sentury. The tall trees, small water falls, big mountains and curved rivers enlightened the divine beauty. the temple  is so big like a Christmas tree. There is a beautiful waterfall near the temple. This place is the most divine place among the Adivasi Culture. The people came here for Darshan from the Maharshtra and Madhya Pradesh as well.
        Dev Mogra is the Goddess of Adivasi people. She is also known as Yahha Mogi Mata. The Folk says that she was the Incarnation of Parvati, the wife of Lord shiva. She used to help the poor Adivasi farmers and bless them with wealth and prosperity. It says that Dev Mogra used to ride on Horse and fight against the devils and kill them. 
        Adivasi people has been preying Dev Mogra since the thousands or more years. Every year The First grain of their farming is given to Dev Mogra first, afterwards they use it for food or sell it.
          Years ago Adivasi people used to give "Bali" of Goats, Buffaloes and Hens in front of Dev Mogra Mata. But the miracle was that the place was filled in with blud and still there wasn't any single flies buzzing around. But nowadays the Government has banned on the ritual of Bali. Now people just shows their Bali to Dev Mogra Mata and leave it in the Jungle. 
          This is the most Beautiful place for Holidays and Picnic. One will surely experience the charm of the Adivasi culture and The beauty of Jungle.
